Let me talk for a minute about Val Kilmer. When exactly did this guy jump the shark? In my opinion, his last 2 good movies were Spartan(2004) and The Saltan Sea(2002), (also maybe include Kiss Kiss Bang Bang in that). Those movies were really good in my opinion, and really showed his talent as an actor.
What has happened since then? IMDB has about 40 movies for him, and I'm pretty sure he's put on an additional 10 pounds per movie. This guy is so obese, that in this movie (The Traveler), he has turned into Steven Seagal part 2 in that he wears a full length overcoat the entire movie and barely moves.
He still hasn't gotten to the point of needing a stunt double for all full body walking away scenes, but give it a couple movies.
